What is Endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a painful health condition that causes the normal lining of your uterus, also known as the endometrium, to grow on the outside of the uterus. This displaced tissue can cause further complications, such as ovarian cysts, abnormal scar tissue, and pelvic pain. Additionally, the condition can lead to complications with pregnancy, including infertility.
What Causes Endometriosis?
While one specific cause of endometriosis is not pinpointed, the following situations can lead to endometriosis:

What are the Symptoms of Endometriosis?
